Why is there salt ALL over my body......?

You need to see your doctor and get checked for Cystic Fibrosis immediately. It's not normal and there are variations. Ever heard of the baby tastes salty when the mom kisses her baby?, usually diagnosed in infancy, but can be dx'd as an adult. I was at age 50. Let your doctor see you like this and take pictures, You may need to add salt to your diet, but it's a complex illness and needs MD management re nutritional replacements and other treatments.
