Name of this game please? Time Travel, Kid, Dog?

I used to play this game when I was young. It involved time traveling. My character was a kid (mostly) and a dog. It was a puzzle game. In fact, Ben Franklin was in this game and he was in a jacuzzi at first. And there were this red coated army men. I forgot the objective of this game (perhaps, going back in time and re-doing my mistakes since it affected time?)
