Could an electron make contact with a proton?They have opposite charge it should be possible ,is it forbidden?

Randy P is correct. But there is also another way to look at this: from a perspective of quantum mechanics, electrons are considered to have zero size, as are quarks, which comprise protons. Since this implies an interaction of forces, not 'objects', what then does 'making contact' mean?
