Bump by my nose piercing. Helppp ):?

I had that pimple looking bump by my nose piercing & it popped and the healed up fine. But then it came back again so I popped it myself this time (I know baddd). But now there's kind of a red bump there. There's no puss in it or anything. I'm doing the sea salt soaks and just started using the tea tree oil. Is it going to go away ?! What should I do.
