How can I get him to talk to me/How can I talk to him?

I'm in 7th grade, he's in 8th. We were both in the school play that took place this past weekend. He is honestly the hottest kid in our school, he's amazingly funny, and extremely nice. Also, at the cast party after the play, we were both in the jacuzzi with about ten other people. We didn't really talk though. And sometimes during practice for play, he would come over and stand next to me for no reason. He would also look at me, making me look up and we'd make eye contact for a good 30 seconds before he would look away. I have no idea what to do, please help (: &by the way, he doesn't have a facebook and I'm pretty sure he doesn't have a cellphone either .i also dont really see him in the halls and since play is over, i dont really hhave a chance to talk to him.
