What is the charge of a Proton?

The electrical charge of a proton is numerically the same as an electron but opposite in sign, so if an electron has a relative charge of -1 then a proton has a relative charge of +1. The actual charges are +1.6x10^-19 coulombs for a proton and -1.6x10^-19 coulombs for an electron.
