When buying a home is location or quality of the place more important?

I have a 2 yr old daughter who lives with me as well. I can get a 20yr old condo in a prime location where I want to live that is somewhat dated on the inside, or I can get a brand new condo that has a clubhouse with swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, etc. further out in the country but not really close to anything. They are both the same price. Which will I be happier in?
