A question on special relativity?

As the velocity of any particle increases, its mass also increases with the relation m=m'/sqrt(1-v2/c2). But does that mean the mass of electrons, protons, neutrons of that particle increases? Please explain me in deatil what exactly happens with the atomic particles as the velocity increases... and how the mass of the particle increases?...
