Have you ever felt like you wanted to grab and tickle cute legs when a kid passed by you?

I did many times but never had the pleasure. Probably because I don't do this to someone before I meet them which is the right thing and last time a kid in cute shorts passed by when I was trying to get back down to the pool when I came up for the jacuzzi in Mexico and the lady wasn't there. My heart felt joyed but has your heart ever thought of doing it when it was really time for other things?
