Is this sea salt safe or good to use for a navel piercing?

I just got my navel pierced almost 3 weeks ago and just now my cousin gave me with Reese sea salt for my navel piercing she said she only used it once when she got her navel pierced, but would this be safe to use for my navel piercing?
