Is the ankle muscle almost/fully recovered?

Yea like did something to the muscles around the fibula bone around 6-7 weeks ago and so I couldn't run. But I tried running today and I ran 2 laps and walking a lap on a 200m track for a grand running total of 1 mile. Then I went to go swimming for about 25 laps and went to the jacuzzi for about 10 min. I don't know if the muscle/tendon/ligament thing is still injured or nearly/fully recovered because I burned the skin above the injured part and it was a teensy weensy bit more painful, but not like excruciating, more like a playful punch to the shoulder feel to it. But now it's like the same as it was before I worked out. Does this mean that the skin was hurting and not so much the muscle thing?? I hope for good news, but I can accept bad news. I just want to start running as soon as possible. Also, would it be wise to go running on Tuesday? Oh I also wore an elastic ankle brace while running and will be wearing the same ankle brace while running on tuesday.
