How to get rid of very tiny black bugs from jacuzzi?

they are so tiny that one can miss with naked eyes. they are just around the jacuzzi area . any idea how to get rid of them. I tried clorox, Lysol but nothing is working. I have 2 year in the house so miss using jacuzzi
