Who would I go through to get a house built?

My family wants to get a very large house built in Maricopa, Arizona.... Who would we go through to get it done? It would be a 7 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom, a den, an office, a pool and Jacuzzi, 2 living areas, a 3 Car Garage, an entertainment room, and a dining room, with a very large kitchen.... who would we go to to get this completed???
