When i go into a hot tub i feel strange what does it mean?

When i go to the pool at a hotel and go to the hot tub when i get inside i feel like my heart rate is slowing down and i get short of breath and at times i feel light headed what could that mean and this only happens when im in a hot tub or Jacuzzi
