Religious parents: what would you do if you caught your son/daughter smoking weed?

If my kids were under the age of 18 and living in my home I would ground them after flushing that weed down the toilet. If they were over 18 and living in my home I would tell them that it is against the rules of this house and if they wanted to live here they had to abide by my rules. That simple.
