My septum piercing is bleeding!?

Don't panic! it's just your body's way of healing probably. Just see the person that pierced it, they will be happy to help you, it's nothing too serious, and the piercer will give you care instructions. By the way i think septum piercings look REALLY cool and i hope that this helped you :)
