How can i eat out or in cheaper?

we already eat cheap, we make pasta a lot and thats really cheap, anyways, is there any way i can make it cheaper? the only thing i put on my pasta is red pepper salt and sometimes cheese or some butter, is there any food thats cheaper to make than pasta cause of what i know pasta is the cheapest meal you can make, and also can you name some places to go out and eat, im sayin real cheap, not panda express cheap, im saying getting 2 dollar burgers from mc donalds cheap and getting a water cup lol. any places? i live in santa clarita by the way if anyone knows a cheap place out here.
