Can you take Epsom Salt baths without it interfering or "detoxing" out your currents meds?

I take zoloft and klonopin for severe panic disorder and anxiety. I've read Epsom Salt baths are used to cleanse the body of old meds. Am I getting rid of the ones I need now????
