HELP!!Just got orthodontic spacers?

So,I just got orthodontic spacers.I have 2,but it hurts like heck.It's in my back molars and it hurts worse than when they put them in!Please help someone,how do I relieve pain with no salt water,and no tylenol because saltwater is DISGUSTING and I already took tylenol,it doesn't work.Thanks!
